Birds of
a Feather
One legendary pigeon. One developer. All of it. Fly the city, win over scattered birds, and turn a flock into an army.

The game
The world used to be kind to pigeons: war heroes, peace bringers, companions. Now they are pests. Fly across the city as the chosen pigeon, win over scattered birds, and grow a flock big enough to take on the enemy leaders keeping pigeonkind down. Part 3D exploration, part crowd combat, where your followers are your health bar, your army and your responsibility all at once.
Why it matters
Everything in the build is mine: concept, systems, flocking follower AI, enemy leaders, level layout, UI, dialogue and the build itself, all scoped and shipped inside jam deadlines. It is the clearest proof of range I have: I can design a game and then actually make it exist.
Design notes
- Followers as a resource: recruiting birds is progression, combat power and risk, all in one number.
- Flight as a verb: traversal is the reward loop, so the city is designed around perch-to-perch hops with landmark navigation.
- Honest jank: the itch page documents known bugs openly. Shipping and transparency beat polish theatre in a jam build.
